Is the sleeve a bit too loose and so the cards constantly fall out at the slightest provocation (and maybe get bent somehow on the way)

Its ability to reset the game is uniquely powerful

In the FAQ(TIWDAWCC) I said that you only have to pay echo once after the creature phases back in for the first time

(Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step
