If some other player has some engine out that doesnt involve creatures, they love this plane and want to stay here forever while everyone else is scrambling to roll the planar die as fast as they possibly can
These cards' two treatments, combined, show up as frequently as other mythic rares in the set
This is obviously great for limiting the power of a deck, too, and it might let you play a powerful commander in a more enjoyable way for casual games
Scholar of New horisons is fine, just doesn't fit in the deck, same with Tawnos (who likely needs his own deck, but I have done a few cool things with him)
Proceed with caution: Gandalf the White: $20-$90 (buy for about $20) Aragorn, the Unifier: $16-$45 (buy for about $20) Radagast the Brown $7-$15 (buy for $15 or less) There are other cards that have seen a spike, but there are still outliers past what the real spike is
