Verdict: Buy it This is an emphatic Yes for me

You can still activate the second ability while Urzas Saga remains on the battlefield

Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Blue, Loyal Raptor depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Jurassic World Collection)

It can even just win on it's own if not much else is going on for either player

But the lack of passive lore gain is a huge bummer, plus you are missing out on the potential for ink reduction
