My soft rule for mulliganing with the deck is that my opening hand should have either an Elemental or Ragavan on turn one

On the other hand, the new Level 2 DARK baby ruler is Nebulous, Dragon Ruler of Shadows (YGOrg Translation) , and it can be discarded with another Dragon to Special Summon 2 of your banished Dragon Ruler monsters

While many decks look to wreak havoc on their opponents with such a massive creature, Mayael's Aria is a Naya enchantment for three mana that provides increasingly better effects based upon if its controller has creatures of different power thresholds

Not sure how fast this build is though
