The drum has a 7 1 2" diameter. the torque tube is 8 1 4" long (it is missing the screw that keeps it attached). The toggle for installing is a 7 16" diameter pin with a 7 8" overall width. The extrusions are varying lengths (all cut to be able to rivet back together). The shortest with the cap is 44 1 2" long. The other is 7' (84") and the longest intact piece is 92 1 4" all
