So long as Wizards keeps printing connive-centric villains (which I suspect they will), this will be a top-tier villain commander

Of course, it helps when they boast an impressive ability like Rishadan Port or ramp you tremendously like Scorched Ruins from Weatherlight

For the most part, this works well, but it sometimes goes a little bit off the rails, and Camouflage is a pretty good example of how extreme that can go

It's not a recipe for a super strong deck

You cant catch them all unless you have the money , make some decent trades, or are extremely lucky opening booster packs
