You do need a lot of sorceries and instants to power the Disciple, and Dig Through Time has some tension with it, but I think this card is one of the more underrated ones in the set and sure to become a popular control option for the next eighteen months (though certainly not universally adopted, as there are some good Walkers and Dragons)

Omnath, Locus of Creation fits especially well in Yorion and/or Risen Reef decks of which there are a few in the current metagame, and since these decks also play pitch-elementals (Solitude, Fury etc.) drawing multiple copies of a legendary card like Omnath, Locus of Creation also ends up serving other purposes

Powerline, with his undeniable vocal chops, will gain the Rush ability when you play a song card

Maybe youd prefer Kasla, the Broken Halo, a powerful commander that you can easily play for free
