Its the season to indulge, so we hit up our buddy Diogo from Tuga Pastries in Sydney to whip up something awesome. A decadently rich Easter stout. We took our bold imperial stout base and slammed it together with their legendary hot cross buns. Tugas got the goods, blending Diogos late Father's classic Portuguese baking recipes with a fresh, modern kick. We dissolved 100kg of buns in the hot wort creating a complex dessert
