Marcy: Kind of a hilarious card because the relationship between Noctis and his father in FFXV is really important, which is represented here as

Fire Lord Zuko brings the mana for your combat phase through firebending and recognizes permanents like lands or creatures that were flickered and gives +1/+1 counters to your whole team

Looting is always stronger than rummaging, but the ability to see new cards is always valuable

It sees inconsistent play in Pioneer, but it still sees some and has a reputation as one of the most powerful 1-drops in Magic

There are probably some very good Palinchron lines, but Id rather not be able to go infinite too earlyalthough I guess without tutors, it might be okay

This is a poor tempo play but it adds to your synergy significantly, makes up for lack of redundancy in some areas and really helps tie the combo aspects of goblins together
