This is the perfect summer wine with crisp and bright acidity but also great mouthfeel and floral components. On the nose, theres a pleasing aromatic display of citrus, apple and floral notes and the palate is fairly directional with precise flavours of lime, Meyer lemon, pear, a hint of guava and chamomile.
