This is one of the Weatherlight crew designs that I'm unhappy with (although not the most unhappy, we'll get to that one)
Unlike its predecessor, you dont get to hold on to the creature you steal unless you can pay energy equal to that creatures mana value
Even though the activated ability costs more, you can play this and draw the first card before Greed comes down and does nothing, and it's easy to sneak 2 mana here and there as you hold up interaction on stuff
If you have at least four Humans (including Rick itself) all of them get a stat boost of +2/+2 which when you have a giant battlefield of Humans gets out of control very quickly
When the deck works, it does some absurdly unfair things and wins very big
If any card is popular in Legacy, then this is the only way to get them - barring of course a reprint in treasure chests, which again may have possible IP issues long-term
